The 6-week Optimal Performance Nutrition Program includes weekly meetings via phone/video, frequent email/text accountability check-ins throughout the 6 weeks and our 42-page Optimal Performance Nutrition Playbook with great resources including smoothie recipes and meal planning ideas.
*meetings must be scheduled each week for 6 weeks and not extend past the 6-week program.
OUR 6-WEEKS TOGETHER WILL INCLUDE
BIOMARKER TESTING
We will review any biomarker, physiological and genetic testing you have had done and will recommend additional testing based on your goals.
WEEKLY MEETINGS
We will have weekly 1 on 1 meetings to ensure your meal and supplement plans are providing you the highest degree of success in reaching your goals.
SUPPORT/ACCOUNTABILITY
We will check-in with you frequently to ensure you have all of the tools necessary to succeed and to make any changes to your meal or exercise plans.
