This is great program if you are an athlete or fitness enthusiast with the goals of weight loss, body recomposition, setting new personal records and getting to that next level of health and performance. 
 
The 6-week Optimal Performance Nutrition Program includes weekly meetings via phone/video, frequent email/text accountability check-ins throughout the 6 weeks and our 30-page Optimal Performance Nutrition Playbook with great resources including smoothie recipes and meal ideas.
