Victoria Paszel is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Boston University. She has experience across high school, collegiate, and professional sports, having worked with Division I athletes at West Virginia University and the Boston Celtics during their 2023 Eastern Conference Finals run and 2024 NBA Championship season.
She most recently served as the Sports and Eating Disorder Dietitian at Athlete EDGE in Denver, where she worked with a wide range of athletes recovering from eating difficulties and returning to sport.
Additionally, Victoria also provides sports nutrition services to Division I athletes at the University of Denver.
As a competitive runner and former competitive dancer and CrossFitter, Victoria personally understands the physical and mental demands of performance nutrition. Her background allows her to support athletes across different levels, sports, and stages of their journey. Her values center on optimizing performance while cultivating a healthy relationship with food.
What sets Victoria apart is her ability to meet individuals where they are while helping them move forward with clarity and confidence. She takes time to understand each person’s goals, lifestyle, and challenges, using that insight to build realistic and individualized nutrition strategies.
