More About Colby
Colby Wolf is a Registered Dietitian (RDN) and a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). Originally from Rhode Island, she received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and completed her master’s degree in Sports Nutrition at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
Colby has worked with athletes across collegiate, professional, and youth sports, including football, baseball, and endurance sports. Colby has worked with many talented schools and teams including IMG Academy, University of Wyoming, Bowdoin College, CU Boulder Football, and the Colorado Rockies.
Colby also has extensive experience working with endurance athletes, including marathon and Ironman athletes, as well as athletes from a variety of sports and backgrounds.
What sets Colby apart is her ability to combine evidence-based sports nutrition with practical strategies that fit into the demands of an athlete’s everyday life. Her experience working directly with collegiate and professional athletes has given her a strong understanding of the demands of training, competition, travel, recovery, and balancing nutrition with a busy schedule.
She has experience helping athletes optimize fueling for performance, recovery, body composition, hydration, supplementation, and overall health.
Colby takes a practical, individualized approach to nutrition coaching. She believes nutrition should support both performance and quality of life and works with each athlete to develop strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and specific to their goals.
Her goal is to make sports nutrition approachable and easy to apply, giving athletes the knowledge and confidence to fuel their bodies effectively both in and out of competition.
