Sweet Potato Pancakes

*This recipe makes a lot of pancakes! Leftovers can be frozen and then thawed for quick meals and snacks.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Combine smoothie, flapjack mix and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mix into a large bowl and stir in chocolate chips.

  3. Cook pancakes over medium/low heat on the griddle. Flipping once bubbles rise to the surface and the edge starts to look dry.

  4. Enjoy.
