Turmeric and Dill Deviled Eggs Recipe

These Turmeric and Dill Deviled Eggs offer a flavorful and nourishing spin on a traditional favorite, blending the earthy spice of turmeric with the bright, tangy notes of dill. Ingredients:
- 6 large hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp avocado oil mayonnaise (or plain greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp diced fermented pickles
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- pinch of ground black pepper
- paprika or smoked paprika to sprinkle on top
Directions:
- Peel each hard boiled egg and cut in half.
- Carefully removed the yolk from each egg half and add to a small mixing bowl.
- With a fork, mash the egg yolks and then stir in the mayonnaise (or greek yogurt), mustard, pickles, turmeric and pepper.
- With a spoon, add a heaping amount of yolk mixture back into the yolk reservoir of each halved egg.
- Sprinkle with paprika or smoked paprika,
