You will have a full hormone panel done that relates to weight management and a comprehensive nutrigenomics test (one-time) before you begin the program AND at the end of the program. 

Based on the results of each of your hormone tests and nutrigenomics test, Bob will create a CUSTOMIZED nutrition and exercise plan for you that will help you achieve your goals.

  

*The weight management hormone testing kits will be mailed to you for in-home sampling that you will do.This hormone test measures these key hormones: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, diurnal cortisol, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, TPOab, fasting insulin, hemoglobin A1c and vitamin D. The nutrigenomics test measures 157 of the most applicable genetic markers for weight management, hormone health, heart health, brain health, blood sugar regulation and fitness/tissues health.

**Additionally, you will submit any recent blood work results (done within the past 6 months) prior to starting the program.

  • Meet with your eNRG Performance Dietitian to discuss your hormone and nutrigenomics test results and any prior blood work results.
  • Receive a CUSTOM MEAL PLAN and CUSTOM EXERCISE PROGRAM based on your hormone and nutrigenomics test results, your likes and dislikes and your daily schedule. Your custom meal plan will be individualized for PERSONAL HORMONE OPTIMIZATION.

Week 2

  • 45-minute meeting with your eNRG Performance Dietitian.
  • Accountability check-in via text/email with your eNRG Performance Dietitian EVERY OTHER DAY.
  • Updated nutrition and exercise plan accordingly.
  • Receive SOLUTIONS to any challenges you are facing in implementing your nutrition and exercise plans.

Week 3

  • 45-minute meeting with your eNRG Performance Dietitian.
  • Accountability check-in via text/email with your eNRG Performance Dietitian EVERY OTHER DAY.
  • Updated custom nutrition and exercise plan accordingly.
  • Receive solutions to any challenges you are facing in implementing your nutrition and exercise plans.

Week 4

  • 45-minute meeting with your eNRG Performance Dietitian.
  • Accountability check-in via text/email with your eNRG Performance Dietitian EVERY OTHER DAY.

Week 5

  • Text/email check-in with your eNRG Performance Dietitian.

Week 6

  • Text/email check-in with your eNRG Performance Dietitian.

Week 7

  • 30-minute meeting with your eNRG Performance Dietitian.

Week 8

  • Text/email check-in with your eNRG Performance Dietitian.

Week 9

  • Submit second hormone test.
  • Text/email check-in with your eNRG Performance Dietitian. 

Week 10

  • 30-minute meeting with your eNRG Performance Dietitian.

Week 11

Week 12

  • Meeting with your eNRG Performance Dietitian to discuss your second set of hormone test results.
