Are you needing some quick and simple Metabolically Efficient meal and snack ideas? Here is one for you. 

Cut an avocado in half and remove the seed. Crack an egg into each half and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until egg whites are no longer transparent, approximately 10-12 min. Top with salt, pepper and parsley. Add some fruit to complete the meal.
