Peach Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 - 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup peach slices (fresh or frozen)

  • 25 grams vanilla protein powder

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smoothie

  2. Divide between two cups and enjoy.
