Easy Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Easy Sweet Potato Fries are a delicious and nutritious side dish or snack that’s hard to resist. Made with sweet potatoes, a rich source of vitamin A and dietary fiber, these fries are lightly tossed in heart-healthy avocado oil and seasoned with simple spices like garlic powder, salt, and pepper for a savory kick. Baked to perfection, they offer a healthier alternative to traditional fries while still satisfying your craving for something crispy and flavorful.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium/large sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp himalayan salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 - 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Wash and peel sweet potatoes. It is easiest to use a mandolin slicer to slice the potatoes into fry shape but it can also be done by hand. Slice into approximately 1/4 inch fries.
- Place cut potatoes into a large bowl and add avocado oil and spices. Toss well.
- Spread potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
- Serve with or without your favorite dipping sauce.
