Berry and Nut Oatmeal Recipe

The perfect and balanced way to start your day!

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened oatmeal (we used Love Grown Foods Super Oats, nuts and seeds flavor)

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 25 grams chocolate or vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop Beet Elite Black Cherry flavor beet crystals

  • 2 TBSP favorite natural nut butter

  • handful of your favorite berries

  • sprinkle of your favorite nuts

  • dash of cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Prepare oats according to package directions with nut milk

  2. Mix in protein powder, Beet Elite and nut butter.

  3. Sprinkle with berries, nuts and cinnamon.

  4. Enjoy.
