WEEK 1 - How to create easy and simple meals and snacks

In this first LIVE workshop, I will teach you the following:

  • how to combine certain foods to optimize cognitive functioning, physical development AND sport performance
  • how to make SIMPLE and QUICK meals and snacks that are based on your young athlete's taste preferences and biological needs
  • how to engage your young athlete in this process so they begin to learn the "how" behind meal and snack planning

 

WEEK 2 - How to eat before, during and after practices and competitions

With CRAZY schedules, it's difficult to help kids stay nourished and hydrated. In this second LIVE workshop, I will teach you the following:

  • what to feed your young athlete before, during and after practices
  • nutrition and hydration changes needed for competitions
  • how to take competition nutrition on the road with simple travel nutrition and hydration strategies

 

WEEK 3 - Biomarker testing and supplements for young athletes

Monday, September 16 from 6:00 - 7:00pm mountain daylight time (MDT)

 

Young athletes need to learn about food first. However, there is a time and place for discussing supplements and testing. In this third LIVE workshop, I will teach you the following:

  • specific biomarker testing that may be beneficial for young athletes
  • safety and quality control of the supplement world
  • if young athletes need to take supplements
