Week 3

  • Update nutrition and exercise plan accordingly.
  • Receive solutions to any challenges you are facing in implementing your nutrition and exercise plans.

Week 4

  • Meet with Bob to have your second resting and exercise metabolic efficiency test done.
  • Discuss the results with Bob.
  • Receive an updated, custom meal plan that you can follow on your own, to continue a HIGH LEVEL OF FAT BURNING.
  • Receive an updated, general exercise plan to continue a HIGH LEVEL OF FAT BURNING .
