Bob will help you better understand how nutrition can benefit both your health and triathlon performance goals while giving you a simple yet sustainable plan that will fit into your lifestyle.


Here are the steps in scheduling a 45-minute nutrition coaching session with Bob seebohar.

 

Step 1: Email Bob to schedule a 45-minute session. Check availability below. NOTE: there are limited spots and scheduling is on a first come, first serve basis.

Step 2: After you have scheduled a session with Bob, submit payment below. NOTE: to complete payment, click on the shopping cart button on the top right hand corner of this website.

Step 3: Complete the medical health history, the nutrition questionnaire and nutrition food log forms.

Step 4: Decide if you want to pre-order a copy of "Metabolic Efficiency Training: Teaching the Body to Burn More Fat" at a special 20% camp discount. If so, you can purchase it below.

Step 5: Once payment is received, Bob will send you a confirmation email and if you ordered one of his books, he will bring that to camp for you.
