Tofu Scramble


  • 1/2 block tofu

  • 1/2 can black beans (rinsed and drained)

  • 1 Roma tomato, diced

  • 1/4 sweet onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon basil

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • garlic salt and black pepper to taste


Place a small amount of avocado oil in a pan on medium heat and cook until tender. Add Roma tomatoes, tofu, and black beans and spices and continue to cook for approximately 5 minutes. Enjoy!
