No Bake eNRG Brownies
3/4 cup nut butter (creamy or crunchy based on preference)
30 grams protein powder (plant or whey or egg)
1 medium banana, mashed
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup raisins
dash of cinnamon
dash of cayenne pepper
1. Mix protein powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and hemp seeds.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
3. Place into a small baking dish or Pyrex glass container.
4. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
