Jim Pollard

  • eNRG Performance Institute Certified Junior Triathlon Coach

Jim is the 5th of 7 siblings. He has a particular passion and extensive background in regards to anything on two wheels which began in his youth with BMX, learning/perfecting stunts, riding wheelies, etc. In 6th grade, he saved enough money via a paper route to buy his first motorcycle and then a Suzuki RM 80 the next year. He and his brothers spent countless hours riding, having fun. In 8th grade, he was introduced to the owner of a custom motorcycle/machine shop that hand-built flattrackers (dirt cycle track racing, turn right to turn left). And thus his racing career began, winning the Kansas state championship two consecutive years, turning pro (novice) when he was 16, ranking 10th nationally his first year pro.

Jim has long held an interest in health, nutrition, and fitness. Jim has three children active on the team.

In his professional career Jim has been designing and developing Oracle Financial applications for over 20 years and holds a B.B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) from Wichita State University and a Master of Health Policy and Management from the University of Kansas.
