Baseball Nutrition Coaching and Testing Services

This is a one-hour in-person (or phone/Skype if non-local) with Sport Dietitian, Jackie Robertson.
This is a 3-week nutrition coaching package with Sport Dietitian Jackie Robertson. Week 1 will be an initial in-person (or phone/Skype for non-local individuals) meeting. Week 2 will be a phone call/Skype with text and email. Week 3 will be an in-person (or phone/Skype for non-local individuals) meeting.
This nutrition option is great for those who know that it is going to be difficult making a nutritional change and need a more hands on, accountable approach to making a change. It is a 6-week program that focuses on quality communication, realistic goal setting and continued support with Jackie. It includes the following:
Initial 45 minute consultation (in-person or via phone/Skype)
45 minute consultation at week 2 (in-person or via phone/Skype)
Email communication at week 3
45 minute consultation at week 4 (in-person or via phone/Skype)
Email communication at week 5

One of the greatest mysteries for any athlete is the quantity of sodium and fluid they should consume each hour during training and competition. Are you consuming too much? Too little? Let Sport Dietitian Jackie Robertson help you solve this mystery!
With a simple sweat sodium concentration test combined with individual sweat rate testing, Jackie will accurately measure your normal sweat sodium concentration and provide a customized sodium and hydration plan for you to use during training and competition. The best part is that this test does not require you to exercise. Plan for a 45 minute appointment at any time of the day and don't worry about bringing exercise clothes!
Your appointment will include a 45 minute meeting with Jackie, sweat sodium concentration testing, and a full interpretation and hourly sodium and fluid recommendations. You will need to do a few things for Jackie before your scheduled meeting, specifically, collecting your sweat rate data.
