No Bake eNRG Brownies

Preparation time: about 10-15 minutes
Nutrition (per serving): 75 calories, 3.5 grams carbohydrate, 3 grams protein, 3 grams fat, 1 gram fiber
- 3/4 cup nut butter (creamy or crunchy based on preference)
- 30 grams Modus plant based protein powder
- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of cayenne pepper
1. Mix protein powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and hemp seeds.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
3. Place into a small baking dish or Pyrex glass container.
4. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
