Black Cherry Chia Pudding
This Black Cherry Chia Pudding is a quick, delicious and blood sugar stabilizing snack.
- 1 C water
- 1 C high protein nut milk
- 1/2 C chia seeds
- 1 scope Black Cherry flavor Beet Elite beet crystals
- 20 g vanilla or chocolate whey protein isolate powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Mix together in a container (make sure there is extra room for expansion) all the ingredients, cover and let sit overnight. Enjoy.
