Blueberry Peach Smoothie

Serves: 2

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smoothie
  2. * Add a few drops of liquid stevia or about 1/2 g of monk fruit powder if you like it a little sweeter
  3. Divide between two cups and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 C unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 C water
  • 1/2 C blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 C peach slices (fresh or frozen)
  • 25 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • optional: stevia or monk fruit powder
