Peppermint Mocha Smoothie
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smoothie.
- Divide into two cups and enjoy.
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 8 oz strong brewed coffee (regular or decaf)
- 1 banana (we used a frozen banana)
- 50 g chocolate whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 -1/2 tsp powdered Stevia
- ice cubes (optional)
- cocoa nibs (optional, we sprinkled a few on top)
