Gingerbread Smoothie

Serves: 1

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie
  2. Enjoy

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 of a frozen banana
  • 25 g of vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp - 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
