Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Recipe by Bob Seebohar, Sport Dietitian at eNRG Performance
- 1/2 C unsweetened oatmeal blend (we used Love Grown Foods Super Oats Nut and Seed flavor)
- 1 C water
- 2-3 drops of liquid Stevia (optional if you like it a little sweeter)
- 25 g vanilla whey protein isolate
- 2 Tbsp of your favorite natural nut butter (we used almond butter with cinnamon)
- fresh fruit
- toasted coconut (optional)
- cocoa nibs (optional)
- Prepare oats according to package directions with water.
- Stir in Stevia, whey protein and nut butter.
- Top with fruit and mix ins.
